Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Warranty
All SAM Cues products come with the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty claims are processed through us. Contact our team and we'll handle the process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or cosmetic damage from play.
